Made-to-order production
Every Animorie personalised piece is made after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for production before dispatch. Production time is separate from the delivery estimates below.
Where orders ship from
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Hong Kong. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email when your order is on its way. Tracking information will be included where the selected service provides it.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, customs processing, severe weather and carrier disruptions may extend delivery time.
Expedited shipping
Expedited delivery may be available for an additional shipping charge. Email support@animorie.com before placing your order with your destination and required date so we can confirm availability and provide a quote. The normal 5–7 business day production time still applies unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Addresses, customs and import charges
Please check the delivery address carefully at checkout and contact us immediately if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after production or fulfilment has begun.
International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
Delays, lost parcels and delivery problems
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your estimated delivery window has passed, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and explain the available next step. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be found, please first check with household members, neighbours and the local carrier.
