Photo tips
For the best portrait, upload a bright, sharp photo taken at eye level. Avoid heavy filters, screenshots, distant photos or images where part of the face is covered. If you are unsure which photo to use, send the clearest options and we will help you choose.

What photo works best?
Choose a sharp, well-lit, front-facing photo with your pet's full face and ears visible. Avoid blur, heavy filters, screenshots, and photos taken from far away. Upload one clear photo for each pet. If you are unsure, email support@animorie.com before ordering.
How many pets can I include?
You can include one to six pet portraits on one necklace. Dogs and cats can be combined; simply upload one clear photo for each pet and select the matching pet count.
How are the portrait shape and size decided?
Each charm follows the natural outline of your pet's face, including familiar ears, cheeks, and silhouette, instead of using a standard round plate. Because every portrait and pet count is different, the finished dimensions can vary slightly.
Which materials, finishes, and chain lengths are available?
Choose from the material and finish combinations currently shown in the product options above. Available chain lengths are 14, 16, 18, 20, and 22 inches (approximately 36, 41, 46, 51, and 56 cm). An 18-inch chain is a popular everyday choice.
Can I change my photo or options after ordering?
Please contact support@animorie.com as soon as possible. We can usually help before artwork or production begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your custom piece is in progress.
How long does a custom order take?
Production usually takes 5–7 business days from the time your order is placed. Shipping time is additional and depends on the destination and delivery method. See our Shipping Policy for current estimates.
How should I care for my necklace?

Can a personalized necklace be returned?
Because each necklace is made specifically from your photos, personalized items cannot normally be returned for a change of mind after production has begun. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us so we can make it right. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
