1. About these terms
This website and the Animorie store are operated by JORMO LTD, company number 17385284, registered in England and Wales. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and customisation
We make personalised products from the photos, text and options you submit. Product images are illustrative; screen colour, handmade finishing and the shape or detail of an individual portrait may vary slightly. You are responsible for checking selections, spelling, addresses and uploaded photos before ordering.
3. Orders, prices and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance if payment fails, information is incomplete, content cannot be used, an obvious pricing error occurs, or we cannot fulfil it. Prices and delivery charges shown at checkout apply to the order. Not registered for VAT.
4. Your uploaded content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo, name and other item you submit, and that it does not infringe another person's rights or contain unlawful material. You grant us a limited licence to use that content only as needed to make, fulfil and support your order. We will not use your pet photos for marketing without separate permission.
5. Production and delivery
Custom production normally takes 5–7 business days. Delivery estimates and shipping terms are set out in our Shipping policy. Dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed service.
6. Cancellations, returns and problems
Personalised goods may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation once production begins. Our Returns & refunds policy explains the process. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
7. Website and intellectual property
The Animorie name, site design, copy, graphics and original product artwork are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, resell, publish or commercially exploit site material without permission. You must not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
8. Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of your home country.
