Choose a clear, natural photo
- Use a sharp, well-lit image taken at your pet's eye level.
- Keep the full face, eyes and ears visible.
- Send one clear photo for each pet included in the necklace.
- Avoid heavy filters, screenshots, distant photos, motion blur and anything covering the face.
How your portrait is interpreted
Our artists translate the visible features of your photo into delicate linework and a face-shaped portrait. Because each animal and image is different, charm dimensions, line placement and small details naturally vary. Very dark, low-resolution or cropped images may limit the detail we can reproduce.
If a photo is unsuitable
We may email you for another image. Production timing begins or resumes once we have the information needed, so a delayed reply can move the dispatch date.
Changes after ordering
Contact us immediately if you need to replace a photo or change an option. We will help where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed after artwork or production has started.
