An ordinary necklace can be picked, packed, and dispatched from existing stock. A pet portrait necklace cannot be completed before the customer chooses the pet and supplies the photograph.

The reference must be checked

The first step is deciding whether the image provides enough information. Eyes, muzzle, ears, outline, and expression need to be readable. If the photograph is unclear, requesting a better one is more responsible than quietly guessing.

The photograph must be interpreted

A small line portrait does not reproduce every pixel. The image has to be simplified so the most recognizable structure remains legible at jewelry scale. Markings may need selective lines rather than literal shading.

The order details must stay together

Material, portrait count, pet names, notes, and submitted files all need to remain matched to the order. With two or three pets, correct labeling becomes especially important.

Production follows approval of the inputs

Only after the required image and details are available can the physical piece be prepared. Animorie’s current stated production period is approximately 5–7 business days before dispatch. Shipping begins after that period and follows the destination range in the shipping policy.

Why faster is not always clearer

An “instant” personalized workflow can hide automated assumptions or skip opportunities to question a poor reference. Speed is useful, but it should not erase the distinction between a stock charm and a portrait made from one customer’s pet.

When ordering for a date, count backward from both delivery and production, and leave room for a possible image request. Made-to-order time is not idle time. It is the part of the order in which a generic object becomes specific.
