Reference selection

First, we choose the photograph that tells us the most

More than one photograph can be useful, but a clear front-facing view normally gives us the strongest foundation. We look for the natural ear shape, eye placement, markings and expression that make your pet instantly recognizable.

Portrait refinement

The photograph becomes a portrait made for metal

A photograph contains more detail than a small charm can carry clearly. We refine the image into considered linework, keeping the features that matter and removing visual noise. The outside edge follows your pet's own head and ears rather than a standard round plate.

Preparing the necklace

The portrait component and chain are checked together

Once the personalized component is ready, it is matched with the material, chain length and pet count selected in your order. The portrait, connecting rings and chain are checked before the necklace moves to final packing.

Final check

One last look before it leaves us

We check the portrait, finish, chain and selected options before arranging the necklace in its gift-ready box. Production normally takes 5–7 business days; delivery time is additional.
